David R. Wilson is the President and founder of D6 Consulting LLC. He has over fifteen years of significant experience in electronic discovery consulting and computer forensic examinations and has provided expert testimony on numerous occasions. David has been an active participant in the Sedona Conference SM Working Group on “Best Practices for Electronic Document Retention and Production”. Prior to founding D6 Consulting LLC, David was the Southwest Area Practice Leader at Ernst & Young LLP in their Legal Technology Services group. He was the cofounder of Deloitte & Touche’s Analytical & Forensic Technology Practice and is a former law enforcement officer with over 12 years of experience. David founded and led the computer crimes section of a large metropolitan police department. He has also received hundreds of hours of training in computer forensic science and electronic discovery and holds the designation as a Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE) by the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialist (IACIS). David has served on multiple occasions as expert witnesses.
Deborah Mandel

Deborah has over 8 years of litigation support experience. Prior to joining D6, she was the Director of Operations for a National Litigation Support services company where she oversaw a large team of programmers and technical staff in the processing of paper and electronic data for use in litigation and corporate investigations. She has served in the role of litigation support analyst for a Top 100 U.S. Law Firm. She takes a personal interest in all of the DC area matters and works with clients to earn the role of their “Trusted Advisor”.
Robert Heller

Mr. Heller has developed an expertise in the use of computers for investigation and litigation support. He has over eight years of computer forensic and electronic discovery experience and has served as an expert witness and investigator in complex cases involving electronic data. Mr. Heller has worked on employment litigation, bankruptcy matters, intellectual property, SEC investigation and corporate fraud matters.
Jim Willingham
Director of Operations and Consultant
Jim has a background of 20+ years of criminal investigation experience and over 10 years in computer-specific investigations and forensics. Prior to joining D6, he was Special Projects Manager in the Office of General Counsel and Chairman of the Compliance Committee for a multi-national Mergers and Acquisitions firm, where he provided litigation support, computer forensics, and security services. He holds multiple certifications, and in addition to his strong background in hands-on investigation, also has deep roots in training and presenting expert testimony in an array of technical areas.
